Germán Palomares Salinas, Founder and Managing Director of Sell/Out Media Advise
Mexico City, 2022

Germán Palomares Salinas is the Founder and Managing Director of Sell/Out Media Advise, the cross-border media advisory firm he established in Mexico City in 2017. The firm opens Mexico to global media and ad-tech companies, and brings global marketing innovation to Mexican brands.

He built that practice inside the market itself. As Country Manager for Advertising Sales at Roku, he launched and developed the company's commercial operation in Mexico. At Canela Media he ran the business as Country Manager for Mexico and VP of Sales for Latin America. At Condé Nast he led digital revenue across Mexico and Latin America, modernizing the publisher's portfolio with high-growth digital products.

Earlier, he relaunched the Dutch media company Zoomin.TV in Mexico, directed Mitú's regional operation from Mexico City, and spent over four years driving commercial strategy at Televisa Interactive Media, the digital arm of Latin America's largest media group. His work concentrates where the industry is moving: AI, ad tech, connected TV and advertising sales.
